HOW TO ORDER
Each item will have an "Add to cart" button, by default it will be quantity of 1, but that can be changed on the shopping cart by clicking on the "Qty" field on the item line.
Currently, all items are shipped, however, for locals (Hillsboro, OR and surrounding area), you can arrange for local pickup (the timing will be dependent on whether we have local stock ... don't hesitate to ask).
The minimum order amount is $2.
Methods of payment we accept are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. The payment process will go through Paypal Express checkout. You are not required to have a Paypal account since Guest Checkout is available.
All weekday orders prior to 2pm Pacific Time will ship out the same day from our warehouse in California. One shipping method is through UPS to US domestic addresses. We have also made USPS Priority and 1st Class Mail options available. Keep in mind that anything over the limit for 1st Class Mail will default to a higher cost.
At this time, we are not able to use customer UPS accounts for shipping.
The rates are auto-calculated depending on your zip code, the weight of the items you are ordering, and the type of shipping you are selecting. We will contact you if there are any anomalies in the shipping cost.
We offer a 21-day return policy. For unopened items, it is a full refund back (shipping not included) to the payment method that was used when placing the order. If you used the free shipping option, it is going to be a full refund, less the shipping cost.
Opened items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Opened items must be in clean and undamaged condition, with all the original packaging, manuals, accessories and any documentation. Only 1 opened item of the same part/item number will be returnable.
If you need to return an item within the allowable time period, please contact us for an RMA#. You will need to have that prominently displayed on the package you ship back to us, along with the item(s) to be returned. The package will have to be in our possession within 21 days of when the order was placed.
For defective products, we are not responsible for return shipping cost since we do not manufacture the item(s) we sell. But once you send (at your cost) the defective item to us and have been tested as such, we will send you a replacement item. For items with electronics (such as chargers), the warranty is 30 days.
For quantity orders (item quantity 10 or more), we charge a 10% restocking fee.
Since we try and fulfill your order immediately, once we get a tracking#, we are not able to cancel the order.
Prior to shipment, we might have the ability to cancel the order and make modifications to the order. Once the package ships, our options are very limited.
We are not responsible for any typos regarding description or price.
